TL;DR — How to log in to PariPulse
Open paripulse.com, tap Log in top-right, enter the email, phone number, username or PariPulse ID you signed up with, type your password, hit Log in. SMS-login users get a 6-digit code instead. App login is identical inside the PariPulse app. If the page won't load, the country mirror has rotated — try a different paripulse.* domain or use the app, which always points at the live mirror.
All four login methods explained
PariPulse supports four login modes — your option depends on how you signed up:

PariPulse also issues a numeric PariPulse ID at signup — keep it; it lets support locate your account if email and phone are unavailable.
Forgot password — full recovery path
On the login modal, click Forgot password?. Enter the email or phone tied to your account. PariPulse sends a reset link by email (5-minute validity) or a 6-digit code by SMS (3-minute validity). Click the link or enter the code, then set a new password (minimum 8 chars, one number, one letter). The new password is live immediately on web and app. If neither email nor phone reach you within 10 minutes, contact 24/7 chat support with your PariPulse ID — they will verify identity via KYC documents and reset manually.
App login on Android and iOS
Inside the PariPulse app, the login screen is the same as web — same email/phone/SMS/social options. App-specific notes: (1) Biometric login (Face ID / fingerprint) is offered after first password login if your device supports it; this stores a refresh token locally, not your password. (2) The app keeps you signed in for 30 days by default; on a new device you'll re-enter password + SMS verification. (3) If 'Login failed — try again later' loops, force-quit the app, clear cache, and reopen — usually a stale token cache.
Common login errors and the fix
'Account not found' — wrong email/phone variant; try the alternate (email if you signed up by phone). 'Invalid credentials' twice in a row triggers a 60-second cooldown — wait it out, don't keep retrying or you'll lock the account for 30 minutes. 'KYC verification required' means your account hit a high-balance threshold and needs document re-verification before login completes; upload the requested ID inside your account verification page. 'Session expired' is normal after 24 hours of inactivity — re-enter password.
Security recommendations
Use a unique password (a password manager makes this trivial). Enable biometric login on the app — it's the lowest-friction 2FA available. Never share your PariPulse ID + password in support chats; real PariPulse support only ever asks for the ID, never the password. If you used the same password as another site that had a breach, change it now: PariPulse runs leaked-credential checks on login and may force a reset.
