KYC First
PariPulse requires Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification before any withdrawal. For Indian players, accepted ID is Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence or passport. You also need a recent (under 90 days) utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and a selfie holding the ID. Verification takes 24 hours on average. Once complete, all subsequent withdrawals process much faster — KYC is one-and-done.
Method-by-Method Times
After KYC, post-verification withdrawal speeds: UPI 5 minutes – 24 hours; PhonePe / Google Pay 5 minutes – 24 hours; net banking 1–3 business days; Visa/Mastercard 1–5 business days; Bitcoin 30 minutes – 24 hours; USDT (TRC-20) 10 minutes – 24 hours. The fastest first-deposit-to-withdrawal cycle uses UPI for both directions.
Minimum & Maximum
Minimum withdrawal varies by method: ₹500 for UPI/PhonePe/Google Pay, ₹1,000 for net banking and cards, ₹5,000 for Bitcoin, ₹2,000 for USDT. Maximum daily withdrawal is typically ₹500,000 for verified accounts but check current limits in the cashier — VIP accounts have higher caps.
Active Bonus Blocks Withdrawal
If you have an active bonus with unmet wagering, the withdrawable balance is your real-money portion only — the bonus and its winnings remain locked. Either complete the wagering or forfeit the bonus (option in account settings) to unlock the bonus profit if you've completed wagering after a forfeit.
Common Issues
Most stuck withdrawals fall into three categories. (1) KYC document rejected — re-upload a clearer photo with the full ID visible. (2) Pending review for high amounts — typical for first withdrawal over ₹50,000; processed within 24–72 hours. (3) Mismatched payment method — withdrawals usually have to go back to the same method used for deposit (KYC anti-money-laundering rule).
Escalation Path
If a withdrawal is pending more than 72 hours, contact PariPulse customer support via live chat with your withdrawal ID and screenshots. If unresolved, escalate via complaints@paripulse.com referencing your account number. As a last resort, file a complaint with the Curaçao Gaming Control Board citing the licence number OGL/2024/301/0477. We do not handle withdrawal issues at PariPulse — we are an independent review site, not the operator.
