TL;DR: logging into the app
Open the PariPulse app and sign in once with your username/email and password. Then enable fingerprint or Face ID so every later launch unlocks in under two seconds — no password retyping. Turn on two-factor login for an extra layer. Your app login is the same account as the website, so balance and bets match everywhere. Not installed yet? See the download guide. First login and enabling biometrics
- Open the app and tap Log in. 2. Enter your registered username or email and password. 3. When prompted after the first login, allow biometric unlock; if you skipped it, enable it later in account menu → Security → Biometric login. 4. Confirm with your fingerprint or Face ID once to register it. From then on, opening the app shows the biometric prompt instead of the password field. Biometrics are stored by your phone's secure hardware — PariPulse never sees your fingerprint or face data, only a yes/no from the device.
Two-factor login and session security
For a stronger lock, enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in account → Security. PariPulse supports email/SMS one-time codes; enter the code after your password on a new device. The app keeps you signed in on your own phone, so you rarely re-enter the password, but a 2FA prompt may appear when logging in from a new device or after a security reset. Always log out on shared phones, keep your email secure (it is the recovery anchor), and never share a one-time code — staff will never ask for it.
Can't log in? How to recover access
Forgot password: tap Forgot password on the login screen and reset via the email or phone on your account. Biometric not working: re-add your fingerprint/Face ID in phone settings, then re-enable it in the app; you can always fall back to your password. 2FA code not arriving: check spam, ensure the number/email is current, or use the backup method. Account locked after failed attempts: wait the cooldown or contact live chat. If you suspect someone else has your details, change your password from a clean device and enable 2FA immediately.
